Do You Crave Deep Restful Sleep? Read This!

Sleep is one of the more challenging health issues you can deal with and lack of sleep only hurts our health, so it’s super important to address. It’s important for hormones, weight loss, sanity, preventing all kinds of diseases, etc.

Recently, I came across an amazing sleep tool, and it’s so simple, you may brush it off. You may also think it’s weird, but hear me out. Yes, it’s sort of a cross between tree hugging and space technology, which is my favorite kind of combo.

My husband brought home this box one day a few years ago. He got it from some folks he knows from NASA who told him about the technology. It’s space age science, but it’s also ancient earth wisdom, it’s called Earthing. Earthing is basically about being in contact with the electromagnetic energy of our planet. When we have this contact, we’re able to discharge extra energy, and this is a good thing, it keeps us healthy.

I have done some research, but the proof is in the pudding when it comes to my own experience. When I started “Earthing” I slept better, deeper and was able to sleep longer. I gave the same box to my Mom, same thing, and so on with others. It also has proven to help other health conditions, it’s a long list.

It works and all it consists of is connecting with the electromagnetic energy of the earth outside or with special Earthing tools. The reason why NASA knows about this technology is because humans do not do well when they’re not in physical contact with the earth and physical problems arise, so they’ve researched this extensively to protect astronauts.

But for us earthbound people, we can benefit too! I’ve found that my energy is more balanced and it’s great for empaths or energy sensitive people like me and so many of my clients. So I encourage you to check it out. You can do it for free by connecting with the dirt, stone, grass, etc. with your bare feet. Do it for as long as you can and see what shifts for you.
