I’m offering my all new Love Your Body Challenge™ and I wanted you to know!

Why am I doing this?

Because I’m passionate about helping women like you (and a few brave men) feel comfortable in your own skin. When this happens, life becomes more enjoyable, you take risks, and live a happier and healthier life. This is an important issue and negative body image is like wearing a wet, itchy, stinky blanket. It’s time to take that thing off, burn it and celebrate!

Body image issues are spoon fed to us as children and we believe them. We’re surrounded by messages that we should look and be a certain way from a very early age. These brainwashing benefits industries, not people and we need to take back our power.

I remember thinking that I needed to look sexy in freakin’ 1st grade!

We’re also bombarded by messages from the pharmaceutical industry–not just the diet, cosmetic, and fashion industries–that our bodies are dumb and broken and need to be fixed.

Meanwhile, we grow up thinking we’re less than perfect. But we have these amazing bodies, that we don’t fully appreciate or enjoy. There is so much wisdom within our cells, it truly boggles the mind.

This negative body image we carry around is a product of the environment we’ve grown up in. It’s not our fault but it IS our responsibility to change it. 


You can change this! All that negative self-talk can be dissolved for good. Why? Because it’s not who you are. It’s all based on past traumas or untruths you once believed. It’s much easier than you think.

The good news is, you don’t have to work the months and years it took me! I have shortcuts!

Nobody is beyond hope, so don’t listen to your own excuses. They only keep you from being at peace and you deserve PEACE. Men are welcome too and have had amazing results in the past, so step up brave men!
