I love Cauliflower cooked with butter or olive oil and salt. I eat it maybe three times a week when I can get my hands on organic Cauliflower. I like it steamed with butter and sea salt. It’s also good thin sliced, sprayed with olive oil and then baked.
The health benefits are so many, I’d have to write another blog post, but until then you can find some here. Just know that Cruciferous vegetables like Cauliflower can actually prevent DNA damage. So, eat cauliflower raw, slightly steamed or prepare it in the oven with this quick recipe from Kristin at the Nourishing Gourmet.
BTW, I wrote this blog post while waiting for this recipe to finish in the oven, with plenty of time to spare. We ate it and wanted more. Really, it’s the best recipe we’ve tried so far. Enjoy!
