I was drinking my Yogi Tea this morning, Tahitian Vanilla and looked at the tag and liked what it said and had to share with you:
“You can run after satisfaction, but satisfaction must come from within.”
This is so true! I remember the times when I felt full and still had cravings and just didn’t feel satisfied; what an uncomfortable feeling. Or, wanting something, but not knowing what would satisfy me.
The great thing is, the work I do now helps people like you and me have more satisfying relationships with food. We don’t need to look outside of ourselves for satisfaction, it’s an inner feeling. With that inner satisfied feeling, we can enjoy food more fully, or have none at all. When we’re satisfied, we’re not thinking about the next meal, we’re in the moment. This is something we can all experience, but sometimes a little Acupressure (TAT) makes it easier to find.
So, I hope you can enjoy satisfaction within and without and everywhere in between.
