I know when you’re working on weight loss goals or healing cravings or eating behavior, it’s easy to get serious and forget to have fun. I am SO guilty of this! There’s so much to do, I don’t have time for that!
How many times a day or per week do you say that?
What I know, is that the times when I lost weight without even knowing it, it was because I was having fun, engaged fully in my life and not even thinking about food or weight loss. It could be the same for you, as you are also human, right?
We need play and fun, it helps us shift our energy, change our perspective and it releases happy brain chemicals that we crave! Plus, life is supposed to be fun, right?
So, to that end, I made a few videos for you. They’re short and they’re SO low commitment, you can watch the first one (62 secs) and if you like it, you can then watch the 2nd and 3rd. It’s less than 3 minutes of your time total, but oh, what FUN you may have. If nothing else, you can see my silly side.
