Here’s what you can expect in the 45 min session:

1-No sales pitch, ever!

2– First 30 minutes: I’ll guide you through a process that will help you feel more peaceful relative to the topic you chose. You’ll more than likely have answers, insights and more JOY.

3-Last 5-15 mins: I’ll ask you about your experience in the session and your opinion on what to call this process. For a few years, I’ve called them Body Wisdom Sessions, as they connect you to the wisdom of your body, but I’m open to suggestions. If you benefit from the session, I’d love a quick testimonial, but there’s no pressure to do so.

There are only 10 slots, so please only take one if you can commit. These sessions are part of my Healthy Foundations Program (MHF), and I normally don’t offer them outside the program.
