I often hear a similar theme from different patients, often on the same day. Because I hear them often and have seen them resolved, I know it’s possible to be free of them. I wanted to share with you some of the successes.
Personally, I find it encouraging to know that others have gotten relief when I’m looking for my own solutions in an area.
So, Here are a few FORMER challenges my patients faced with food:
“I can’t sleep at night unless I eat Chocolate.”
“If I wake up at night, I have to eat Chocolate, or else I won’t be able to go back to sleep.”
“If I wake up at night, I have to eat some crackers or other simple Carbs or I can’t go back to sleep.”
“After a meal, I crave Sweets.”
“I have cravings for Carbs in the afternoon, I HAVE to have snacks.”
“If I have some challenging task to complete, I have to have Chocolate to get through it.”
“In the afternoon, I HAVE to eat desserts, or I’ll feel deprived.” “
If I don’t eat the food I crave, I think about it constantly.”
“Desserts call to me.”
“I’m addicted to Pasta.”
“I can’t keep Chocolate in the house, I’ll eat it all.”
“Once I start, I can’t stop!” “
When the Pizza arrives, I eat it before my girlfriend comes downstairs, I can’t stop.”
Do any of these scenarios sound familiar to you? The people who were struggling, sometimes daily, with these issues are now free of that struggle.
