Peace with Food is available to you. It's a state of feeling both neutral about food and enjoying it fully and in peace. It feels natural; it feels the way things 'should' be. It means being fully present and enjoying your food with choice, and when your meal is done, moving onto something else with ease.

How Do I Find This Peace with Food?

Until you experience this peace yourself, it can feel like an impossible dream.  Here are a few suggestions for Making Peace with Food that have worked for me and my patients. For me, it took years, and a few degrees, but the methods I use can help bring you greater peace in minutes, not years:
  1. Resolve your Food Cravings, all of them. It is impossible to feel at peace with food or trust your body when you crave.
     
  2. Target and replace habits of Overeating  to experience greater satisfaction in your life.
     
  3. Target and let go of any Food Obsessions which are fueled by outmoded thoughts and beliefs that no longer serve you.
     
  4. Reduce or eliminate any Food Allergies, Intolerances or Sensitivities Such allergic reactions are a drain on your enerrgy and immune system.
     
  5. Resolve anything else in the way of thoroughly enjoying food and the fuel, nourishment and enjoyment it provides.  It could mean addressing pain or other symptoms that occur with eating.
