Nutrition Solutions for You

What we eat builds the foundation for our health and food can be our medicine. When our bodies are nourished, we can roll with stress, our moods are balanced, and we have energy. Our choices can either invigorate our health or drain vitality from our lives.  Which one are you experienncing?

But what's nourishing for you? There is so much confusion about Nutrition complete with conflicting advice and misinformation, scientific and otherwise. I can help sort though all of this and help you find what is uniquely right for you. Looking at human physiology and the laws of nature can cut through the confusion.

Even if you've been given a diagnosis, you can feel better and recover your health, sometimes with even minor changes. Oftentimes, the foods you've been told to avoid could be the very thing your body needs. Other times, foods you've been eating regularly could be problematic.

While my specialty is helping women be free of their food cravings, I have a general practice in Nutrition. Here are a few examples of specific issues I've helped:

Allergies Arthritis Auto-Immunity
Elevated Liver Enzymes Fatigue Heartburn (GERD)
Blood Sugar Regulation Gall Stones High Cholesterol
IBS or IBD Indigestion Insomnia
Menopause PMS    Weight Loss

Feeling Good and Building Health

Food and eating should be a pleasurable experience that nourishes us, energizes us and leaves us feeling satisfied. You should be able to enjoy treats and maintain your health. This can all can be achieved with proper nourishment. If you want to feel better contact me, or book your appointment online, I’m here to help.
